摘要
美国高中在生涯教育的开展中积累了丰富的实践经验。2019年《美国新闻与世界报道》中排名前100名的美国高中的生涯教育以聚焦生涯意识、掌握职业技能、关注升学指导、促进深度学习以及提高公民意识为主要目标,不同类型高中形成个性与共性兼具的实施路径,并拥有行政政策支持、教育机构合作、专业行业和其他社会资源的有力保障。美国高中生涯教育具有贯穿全面与终身的理念、关注多元与核心的素养、整合多样与互补的实施路径以及调动丰富与优质的社会资源的特点。
American high schools have accumulated rich practical experience in the development of career education.American high school career education has focused on career awareness,mastering vocational skills,focusing on further study guidance,promoting deep learning and improving citizenship awareness.Different types of high schools have formed an implementation path combined of personality and commonality,with a strong guarantee of administrative policies,cooperation with educational institutions,professional industry and other resources in society.As a result,American high school career education has the characteristics of a comprehensive and life-long developmental philosophy,a focus on diversity and core career literacy,integration of diverse and complementary implementation paths,and the mobilization of rich and high-quality social resources.
