一种新颖的多功能型聚氨酯预聚物的合成与应用

摘要 以氯化N,N-二甲基-N-(3-甲酰基-4-羟基苄基)-N-(端羟基聚乙二醇-600)铵(QASs-PEG-600)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,合成了一种分子结构中含有季铵阳离子和水杨醛单元的端异氰酸酯聚氨酯预聚物(QASsPEG-NCO),采用红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁氢谱(1H-NMR)对QASs-PEG-NCO和QASs-PEG-600的结构进行了表征。结果表明:当初始原料NCO/OH为2.02,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为2h,QASs-PEG-NCO溶液中游离TDI浓度低于0.20%,其中NCO含量接近理论值。QASs-PEG-NCO作一种活性多功能涂料对热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)材料表面改性,改性后的TPU表面有高亲水性,并对E.coli和S.aureus有抗菌性。 Isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer(QASs-PEG-NCO)containing quaternary ammonium cation and salicylaldehyde unit was synthesized from N,N-dimethyl-N-(3-formyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)-N-(hydroxyl polyethylene glycol-600)ammonium chloride(QASs-PEG-600)and toluene diisocyanate(TDI).The structures of QASs-PEG-NCO and QASs-PEG-600 were characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The results showed that the free TDI concentration in QASs-PEG-NCO solution was lower than 0.20%,and NCO content was close to the theoretical value when the initial NCO/OH of the raw materials was 2.02,the reaction temperature was 60℃and the reaction time was 2 h.As an active multi-functional coating,QASs-PEG-NCO was applied to the post-chemical modification of thermoplastic polyurethane film(TPUF).It was found that the modified TPUF surface was highly hydrophilic and could effectively prevent the adhesion and growth of E.coli and S.aureus on TPU surface.
