摘要
传统硅源成本较高不利于长期发展,而低品质硅源资源丰富且廉价易得,大幅降低了制备成本。综述了以水玻璃、硅藻土、粉煤灰以及稻壳灰等作为硅源制备气凝胶的研究进展,具有工艺便捷、制备周期较短以及成本低等优异特点,使大规模工业化制备气凝胶成为可能。最后,对共前驱体法和一步法制备气凝胶的未来发展进行了总结与展望。
The high cost of traditional silicon source is not conducive to long-term development,while the lowquality silicon source is rich and cheap,which greatly reduces the preparation cost.The research progress on preparing aerogels with silica glass,diatomite,fly ash and rice husk ash as silicon sources was reviewed.It had the advantages of convenient process,short preparation period and low cost,making it possible to prepare aerogels in large scale industrialization.Finally,the future development of aerogels prepared by the one-step method and the co-precursor method were summarized and prospected.
