仙鹿口服液联合西地那非治疗男性勃起功能障碍的疗效观察

Clinical observation on Xianlu Oral Liquid combined with sildenafil in treatment of male erectile dysfunction

目的探讨仙鹿口服液联合西地那非治疗勃起功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2019年8月—2020年9月河南省中医院接诊的120例男性勃起功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组在性生活0.5~4 h前口服枸橼酸西地那非片,50 mg/次,1次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上口服仙鹿口服液,10 mL/次,3次/d。两组3个月为1个疗程,或遵医嘱。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF5)评分、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)的变化情况。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率为83.3%,较对照组60.0%更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IIEF-5评分、T水平均显著升高,而E2激素水平均较治疗前有所降低(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组IIEF-5评分、T水平高于对照组,而E2激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论仙鹿口服液联合西地那非治疗男性勃起功能障碍具有较好的临床疗效,能显著改善患者勃起功能,值得在临床上应用推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of Xianlu Oral Liquid combined with sildenafil in treatment of male erectile dysfunction.Methods A total of 120 male patients with erectile dysfunction admitted to Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 60 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were po administered with Sildenafil Citrate Tablets before sexual life,50 mg/time,once daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Xianlu Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group,10 m L/time,three times daily.One course of treatment lasted 3 months for both groups,or as prescribed by the doctor.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed,and the changes of international erectile function index-5(IIEF5)score,testosterone(T)and estradiol(E2)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was 83.3%,and significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IIEF-5 score and T level were significantly increased in both groups,but E2 hormone level was decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IIEF-5 and T in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,but the level of E2 hormone in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xianlu Oral Liquid combined with sildenafil has a good clinical effect in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction,and can significantly improve the erectile function of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
