新高考背景下高中生自我同一性危机对生涯规划的影响及其应对策略 被引量:1

摘要 高中生正处于自我同一性形成和发展的关键时期,如果在这一时期能够建立起适应的职业和价值观承诺,形成适合和稳定的自我概念,则自我同一性达成,为未来生涯规划奠定坚实的基础。反之,容易导致自我同一性危机。文章对自我同一性过度延缓、早闭、扩散三种发展危机对高中生生涯规划的影响进行了初步探讨,并就"促进同一性达成"提出了兼顾"课上与课下""共性与个性""探索与承诺培养"的应对策略。
