一种食品厂用泡沫消毒剂的性能研究

开发了一种食品厂用复合季铵盐泡沫消毒剂,并对其进行安全性评价。通过理化性能的测试、毒理性和微生物杀灭效果的测试,研究评价该食品厂用消毒剂的相关性能。结果表明该食品厂用消毒剂以氯型季铵盐为主要有效杀菌成分并复配表面活性剂及其他辅剂组成无色澄清液体。稀释100倍后的该消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的菌悬液分别作用3min、6min、9min后,对上述三种受试微生物的杀灭对数值均高5;稀释100倍后的该消毒剂稀释液对白色念珠菌菌悬液分别作用3min、6min、9min后,其杀灭对数值均高于4。该食品厂用复合季铵盐泡沫消毒剂各项性能指标达到预期标准。

In this study,a compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant used in food factory was developed and its safety was evaluated.This disinfectant was developed through formulation screening and technology research.Physical and chemical detection method and the bacterial suspension test were used to evaluate the properties of this disinfectionthrough laboratory and on-site experiments.It is composed of quaternary ammonium salt,surfactant and other auxiliaries.The compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant is a colorlessclear liquid.The compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant after diluted 100 times acted on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa for 3min,6min and 9min,respectively.The average killing logarithm value of the suspension of the three tested microorganisms was more than 5.The compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant after diluted 100times acted on Candida albicans for 3min,6min and 9min,respectively,and the average killing logarithm value of the suspension was more than 4.The properties of this disinfection can meet the requirements of disinfectant.
