摘要
神经炎症在帕金森疾病(Parkinson's disease,PD)进展中发挥着重要作用。PD中的神经炎症反应表现为T细胞的浸润以及神经胶质细胞分泌的炎性细胞因子和其他毒性介质表达增加。然而旨在抑制炎症的免疫调节药物和免疫治疗等策略在PD的治疗中既有效又存在着弊端。文章对PD病人和小鼠模型中的炎症表型、炎症机制以及针对炎症的治疗策略等内容进行了归纳总结,为开发更具特异性和靶向性的抗炎治疗策略提供依据。
Neuroinflammation plays an important role in the progression of Parkinson's disease(PD).The neuroinflammatory response in PD is characterized by the infiltration of T cells,inflammatory cytokines secreted by glial cells and the increased expression of other toxic mediators.However,treatment strategies such as immunomodulatory drugs and therapeutic immunization aimed at inhibiting inflammation are both effective and disadvantages in the treatment of PD.This review summarized the research progress of inflammatory phenotypes,mechanisms and treatment strategies in both patients and mouse models of PD,which will provide a basis for the development of more specific and targeted anti-inflammatory treatment strategies.
