摘要 肥大细胞(mast cells,MCs)的表面表达多种受体,通过这些受体与其配体的结合进行信号传导,MCs被活化或抑制,从而对人体进行免疫调节。除去经典的免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig)E途径,其他非IgE途径的MCs活化对人体也至关重要,活化的MCs脱颗粒产生的组胺和蛋白酶等,不仅参与机体免疫,也与许多疾病的发生发展息息相关。研究MCs的表面受体并由此进行MCs相关的针对性治疗,对于许多过敏性疾病和自身免疫病等的患者的治疗具有重要意义。 A variety of receptors were expressed on the surface of mast cells(MCs).Signal conduction is carried out through the binding of these receptors and their ligands.MCs are activated or inhibited to conduct immune regulation of the human body.In addition to the classical immunoglobulin(Ig)E pathway,the activation of MCs in other non-IgE pathways is also of vital importance to the human body.Histamine and protease produced by degranulation of activated MCs are not only involved in the body′s immunity,but also closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases.It is of great significance to study the surface receptors of MCs and to carry out targeted treatment related to MCs for the treatment of many patients with allergic diseases and autoimmune diseases.
