摘要
近年来,工业领域的系统愈来愈复杂,这种复杂性体现在机、电、软、控等组件的多功能应用,从而满足系统功能及其他各种特性要求,如安全性、可靠性、环境适应性等。为了有效满足客户需求和市场需求,并在系统研发时统筹开展技术管理和项目管理,需要采取更加规范的策略来应对系统复杂性和流程复杂性。目前,一种比较有希望解决系统复杂性的方法是基于模型的系统工程,其通过形式化的语言对复杂系统进行模型化表达,该模型可以实现系统表述的可视化,让系统的组成、属性、接口等更加规范,便于不同系统之间的信息集成。但是,该模型尚未完全集成到系统研发流程中,原因之一是系统模型与业务流程之间的互连不足。基于此,笔者提出一种将系统模型与业务流程模型合并的方法,并在某机械平台的压力加载模块设计分析中进行了验证,期待通过业务流程模型和系统模型的结合能够实现系统的复杂性管理。
At present,systems in the industrial field are becoming more and more complex.This complexity is reflected in the multi-functional applications of mechanical,electrical,soft,and control components to meet system functions and other characteristics(such as safety,reliability,environmental Adaptability,etc.).But at the same time,the complexity of the development process involving multidisciplinary participation has also increased significantly.In order to effectively meet customer needs and market needs,and to coordinate technical management and project management during system research and development,more standardized strategies need to be adopted to deal with system complexity and process complexity.At present,a more promising method to solve system complexity is model-based systems engineering(MBSE).MBSE uses formal language to model and express complex systems.This model can realize the visualization of system expressions,make the composition,attributes,and interfaces of the system more standardized,and facilitate the integration of information between different systems.However,this model has not yet been fully integrated into the system development process,one of the reasons is insufficient interconnection between the system model and the business process.This paper proposes a method of merging the system model and the business process model,and verified it in the design and analysis of the pressure loading module of a certain mechanical platform.It is expected that the combination of the business process model and the system model can realize the complexity management of the system.
