近年来,随着经济的快速发展,餐饮业也进入飞速发展时期,商家间的竞争也日益激烈。目前,很多商家在日常运营中还主要依赖人工,不但会造成人力资源浪费而且容易产生错误,导致管理水平和服务质量低下。随着智能手机的普及,选择线上餐饮系统逐渐成为众多商家开拓业务的必然选择。基于此,笔者设计了一个手机餐饮APP。该APP改变了传统“先抵达地点,后订餐”的被动订餐方式,从根本上解决了传统餐饮管理存在的问题,能够为广大客户提供智慧订餐服务,从而能够节省大量的人力、物力和财力,能够带来良好的经济效益和社会效益。
