摘要 近年来,随着经济的快速发展,餐饮业也进入飞速发展时期,商家间的竞争也日益激烈。目前,很多商家在日常运营中还主要依赖人工,不但会造成人力资源浪费而且容易产生错误,导致管理水平和服务质量低下。随着智能手机的普及,选择线上餐饮系统逐渐成为众多商家开拓业务的必然选择。基于此,笔者设计了一个手机餐饮APP。该APP改变了传统“先抵达地点,后订餐”的被动订餐方式,从根本上解决了传统餐饮管理存在的问题,能够为广大客户提供智慧订餐服务,从而能够节省大量的人力、物力和财力,能够带来良好的经济效益和社会效益。 In recent years,with the rapid economic development,the catering industry has also entered a period of rapid development,and competition among businesses has become increasingly fierce.At present,many businesses still rely mainly on manual labor in their daily operations,which not only wastes human resources but is also prone to errors,leading to poor management and service quality.With the popularity of smart phones,choosing an online catering system has gradually become an inevitable choice for many businesses to expand their business.Based on this,the author designed a mobile catering app.The APP changes the traditional passive ordering method of"arriving at the place first,ordering the food later",fundamentally solving the problems of traditional catering management,and can provide customers with smart ordering services,which can save a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources.Can bring good economic and social benefits.
