本文从现代智慧云会议系统的发展背景和现实意义出发,对其进行详细阐述,包括特点、应用的主要技术、设计原则以及相对于传统会议系统的优势等并以笔者参与的中山大学深圳校区智能化会议系统构建全过程咨询项目为例,对现代智慧云会议系统的设计与应用进行阐述。中山大学深圳校区智能化会议系统基于现代智慧云会议系统的设计与运用,解决了传统会议架构需要在本地部署复杂网络系统的问题,减少了部署和运行维护成本,提高了会议效率,有利于中山大学深圳校区智能化会议系统的发展。
