首都成分献血“伙伴计划”项目的构建与效果分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的评价“伙伴计划”项目对成分献血者招募的促进作用。方法选取2018—2019年北京市红十字血液中心献血服务二科中心机采室和赵登禹路献血屋参与成分献血的献血者,以微信公众号为平台,搭建新的成分献血者招募方式——“伙伴计划”项目。利用微信二维码识别以及分享,宣传成分献血理念,招募潜在的成分献血者;采用“工时累积-晋级奖励”的机制,分级管理招募者;与志愿服务有机结合,充分调动招募者的招募积极性。结果“伙伴计划”上线期间,2019年与2018年比较,成分献血总人数同比增长17.76%(13245人比11247人),成分献血总量同比增长40.52%(71040 U比50555 U);2019年新增成分献血者8215人,通过“伙伴计划”项目参与成分献血的人数达3192人,共捐献血小板12380 U,占该年度血小板采集总量的18%;就首次献血者的招募而言,“伙伴计划”较传统方式(团体无偿和个人无偿)更具优势(95.5%比66.2%、39.3%,χ^(2)=286.90,P=0.000)。“伙伴计划”招募的成分献血者重复献血率(33.05%)显著高于原有途径招募(21.70%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=130.347,P=0.000)。此外,“伙伴计划”运营期间招募2018年流失成分献血者150人,2018年的成分献血者流失率低于2017年(64.52%比67.83%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=31.230,P=0.000)。结论“伙伴计划”项目能有效招募成分献血者,并对成分献血的宣传有推动作用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of the Partnership Program project in promoting the recruitment of component blood donors.Methods A new recruitment method,called Partnership Program project,had been set up to recruit and manage the component blood donors.The project was based on WeChat and the sharing of QR code to spread the concept of component blood donation.By taking the mechanism of“man-hour accumulation and award promotion”,the donors were classified and organized in multiple levels.By combining with volunteer activities,the donors’motivation was incited.Results In 2019,the number of component blood donors was increased by 17.76%compared with that of 2018(13245 vs.11247).The total amount of apheresis donation was significantly increased by 40.52%,from 50555 U to 71040 U.Among the 8215 new donors,the number of donors who were recruited by the Partnership Program project was 3192.A total of 12380 U platelets were donated,accounting for 18%of the total platelets collected in 2019.In terms of recruiting first-time blood donors,the Partnership Program project had more advantages than traditional methods.The rate of repeated donation of component blood donors recruited by Partnership Program project(33.05%)was significantly higher than that of the traditional methods(21.70%,χ^(2)=130.347,P=0.000).In addition,150 loss component blood donors were recruited during the operation of the Partnership Program project,and the loss rate of component blood donors in 2018 was lower than that in 2017(64.52%vs.67.83%,χ^(2)=31.230,P=0.000).Conclusions The Partnership Program project can effectively recruit component blood donors.Moreover,it can promote the promotion of component blood donation.
