摘要
某冶炼厂的冶炼炉渣采用浮选法回收铜金属,针对尾渣脱水问题,采用添加石灰和使用絮凝剂,可保证选厂生产脱水流程畅通,产量提高,尾渣水份下降。通过实践尾渣水份由15.05%降至10.23%,并使选厂处理能力提高至750 t/d。
Copper metal in smelting slag of one smelting plant was recovered by flotation,lime and flocculant was added for tailings dewatering,it can guarantee smooth dewatering flow,increasing production yield,decreasing the moisture content.The moisture content of the tailings slag is decreased from 15.05%to 10.23%through practice,and the processing capacity of the dressing plant is increased to 750 t/d.
