锌冶炼酸泥微波强化加钙固硒工艺研究

摘要 针对现行加钙固硒工艺焙烧时处理能耗及成本高、汞挥发损失率高问题提出了一种锌冶炼酸泥微波强化加钙预处理提硒和汞的新工艺。在研究工艺条件影响因素的基础上,对整个工艺的过程机理进行了探究。结果表明:微波焙烧能降低处理温度;利用加钙固硒工艺处理含铅酸泥时,会生成CaSeO3、PbSeO3、CaSO4,从而实现汞和硒的分离;当焙烧温度为800℃,保温时间为50 min,汞回收率为99%,硒回收率为96.8%。微波强化锌冶炼酸泥加钙固硒工艺能实现有价金属综合利用,降低过程能耗,具有较好的运用前景。 A new process that microwave enhancement of zinc smelting acid sludge by calcium addition and selenium fixing is proposed according to the problems of roasting in the current calcium addition and selenium fixing process,the problems are high consumption and high cost of roasting,high loss ratio of mercury volatilization.The process mechanism of the whole process is probed on the basis of studying the influence of process conditions.The results show:Microwave roasting can reduce the treatment temperature;when using the current calcium addition and selenium fixing process to treat lead-bearing acid sludge,CaSeO3,PbSeO3,CaSO4 can be generated,so that the separation of mercury and selenium can be realized;when the roasting temperature is 800℃,the heat preservation period is 50 min,the recovery rate of mercury is 99%,the recovery rate of selenium is 96.8%.The microwave enhancement of zinc smelting acid sludge for calcium addition and selenium fixing process can realize the comprehensive utilization of valuable metals,it also can reduce the energy consumption,it has better application prospects.
