摘要
以工业氢氧化铝为原料,通过碱溶制备铝酸钠溶液。实验考察了反应时间、反应温度、液固比和苛性比值等因素条件对铝、硅和铁溶出率的影响,确定了适宜的溶出条件。在反应时间60 min,反应温度100℃,液固比3∶1,搅拌转速300 r/min,苛性比值1.5的条件下,铝的溶出率达到98%以上,硅的溶出率小于10%,铁的溶出率小于1.5%。
The industrial aluminum hydroxide is taken as the raw material,the sodium aluminate solution is prepared by alkali dissolution.The effect of reaction time,reaction temperature,liquid-solid ratio,caustic ratio and the other factors on aluminum,silicon and iron's dissolution rate were investigated through the experiment,and the appropriate dissolution conditions were also confirmed.When the reaction time is 60 min,the reaction time is 100℃,the liquid-solid ratio is 3:1,the stirring speed is 300 r/min,the caustic specific value is 1.5,under the above mentioned conditions,the dissolution rate of aluminum is more than 98%,the dissolution rate of silicon is less than 10%,the dissolution rate of iron is less than 1.5%.
