摘要
采用超声沉淀制备的AACH湿滤饼为原料,利用高能球磨细化AACH以获得制备超细氧化铝的前驱体。研究了球磨体系、研磨介质球径、球料比、球磨转速、球磨时间等因素对AACH粒径及分散性的影响,利用激光粒度仪进行表征浆料的粒径及粒度分布。研究结果表明:研磨体系为EtOH体系,研磨介质球径1 mm,研磨时间4 h,研磨转速500 r/min,球料比50∶1的条件下,AACH浆料的粒度及分散性最佳。
AACH wet filter cake prepared by ultrasonic precipitation is taken as the raw material for preparation of superfine alumina precursor by high energy ball grinding refinement AACH technology.It is studied the effect of ball milling system,grinding media's sphere diameter,ratio of grinding media to material,ball milling rotating speed,ball milling time and the other factors on AACH grain size and dispersibility,the laser particle analyzer is adopted for representation of grain size and particle size distribution of slurry.The study results showed that the particle size and dispersibility is the best with the following conditions:the grinding system is EtOH system,the sphere diameter of grinding media is 1 mm,the grinding time is 4 h,the grinding rotating speed is 500 r/min,the ratio of grinding media to material is 50:1.
