摘要
根据云南某锌业公司在用水膜除尘设备重新设计的过程和经验,找出水膜除尘设备设计的关键点,对关键点捕滴捕沫层和喷淋装置的计算、设计和选型提出相应方法,并通过实例验证。酸雾和粉尘经过所设计的水膜除尘设备处理后,满足《大气污染物综合排放标准》(GB 16297-1996)要求。
The design key point of water membrane dedusting device is researched according to the redesign process and experience of water membrane dedusting device in one Yunnan Zinc Industry Company,and the corresponding methods for calculation,design and selection of drop catching layer and spray device at key point are proposed,which are also passed the instance verification.Acid mist and dust was treated by the new designed water membrane dedusting device,which can meet the requirements of Integrated emission standard of air pollutants(GB16297-1996).
