铜熔炼炉烟罩插板提升装置增强可靠性的生产实践

摘要 系统分析了某铜冶炼企业熔炼炉紧急转出时的影响因素、烟罩插板的运行状况及存在的安全隐患,发现并解决烟罩插板提升速度慢、易于炉体结焦发生物理碰撞造成安全事故的问题。通过对烟罩插板提升设备和控制装置的改造,达到了在熔炼炉紧急转出时快速提升烟罩插板、减轻作业人员劳动强度、提高熔炼炉转出安全性的目的,同时提升了设备自动化水平。 It is analyzed the influencing factors for emergency shutdown of melting furnace,the operation situation and the existing security risks of fume hood plugboard of one Copper Smelting Enterprise,so it is found out and solved the problems that security incidents caused by slow lifting speed of fume hood plugboard,the physical collision occurred by furnace coking easily.The improvement on lifting device and control device of fume hood plugboard is done to achieve the following purposes:the fume hood plugboard can be lifted fast at emergency shutdown of smelting furnace,the labor intensity of operators can be reduced,the shutdown safety of smelting converter can be improved,and at the same time,the automation level of equipment is also improved.
