摘要
《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25466-2010)执行特排限值后,对电铅产生烟气采用了塑烧板除尘技术,处理后铅及其化合物均稳定并优于标准特别排放限值。探析了工程化应用问题和应对措施,针对烟气糊板难题,拟采用烟气调质,在塑烧板除尘器前段设计、配置高效反应器等优化设计。
The plastic sintered board dust removal technology is adopted for electric lead fume,because of the special emission limit values are stipulated in Emission standard of pollutants for lead and zinc industry(GB 25466-2010),the treated lead and its compound is stable and better than the special emission limit standard values.The engineering application ways and countermeasures are discussed and analyzed for problem of burned plate by fume,we will adjust the fume quality,design and arrange high efficient reactor and the other optimal design at the front end of plastic sintered board dust remover.
