摘要
铝电解槽在生产过程中,若监控检查管理不到位,可能会发生炉底漏槽及侧部漏槽等重大事故。漏槽事故发生时,高温熔液顺漏点流出电解槽,在流经平衡母线时,由于铝液温度为(800~900)℃、电解质温度为940℃左右,漏槽母线处如不及时保护将在2 min左右被流出的铝液、电解质熔断,影响电解槽生产运行。针对漏槽事故并结合现场实践,总结出了“高温铝液熔铸法”+“U型软连接焊接法”联合法,是漏槽冲断母线熔接恢复技术的最佳方案。
In the production process of aluminum reduction cell,the major accident such as leakage from furnace bottom and sidepiece would be happen if monitoring and inspection management is not in place.When cell leakage accident occurred,an outflow of high temperature melting material escaping from the leakage point,it will flow through the balance bus,the bus will be broken in 2 min without protection in time due to the temperature of liquid aluminum is(800~900)℃,the temperature of electrolyte is around 940℃,which affects the production and operation of electrolytic cell.The joint method that“high temperature liquid aluminum casting method”+“U type soft connection welding method”is summarized as the optimal welding restoration of sink break busbar according to the cell leakage accident and the field practice.
