摘要
针对数码电子雷管存在延期精度不稳定、起爆系统带载能力不够、拒爆率较高等问题,通过低功耗设计、宽电压范围输入设计、延时精度控制设计、快速通讯设计,研发了XQZXB-1型数码电子雷管。在点火头与电容匹配试验以及完善雷管生产工艺的基础上,开展了XQZXB-1型数码电子雷管在实地爆破工程中的应用试验。试验结果表明该数码电子雷管具有功耗低、输入电压范围宽、延时稳定性高和通讯快速可靠等优势,具有2500m距离、300发带载全部起爆的能力。
Aiming at the problems of digital electronic detonator,such as unstable delay precision,insufficient carrying capacity of the initiation system and high misfired rate,the XQZXB-1 digital electronic detonator was developed by low-power consumption design,wide voltage range input design,delay time accuracy control design and rapid communication design.Based on the test of igniter and capacitor matching,as well as the improvement of detonator produce process,the application test of XQZXB-1 digital electronic detonator in blasting engineering were carried out.The test results indicate the digital electronic detonator has the advantages of low power consumption,wide voltage range,high delay stability,fast and reliable communication,and can load 300 detonators on the distance of 2500m.
