摘要
目的评价芋螺毒素Lt14a的稳定性。方法化学合成Lt14a,HPLC纯化,质谱鉴定。通过酸、碱、氧化和光照破坏性试验以及高温、高湿稳定性试验,检测Lt14a在不同环境下的稳定性。结果Lt14a在酸和光照破坏以及高温高湿条件下的稳定性较好;碱和氧化破坏对Lt14a的含量有一定影响。结论化学合成的Lt14a的稳定性较好,可用于临床前研究。
In order to evaluate the stability of conotoxin Lt14 a,conotoxin Lt14 a was synthesized by chemical method,and it was purified by HPLC and identified by mass spectrometry.The stability of lt14 a in different environments was explored by destructive tests of light,hydrogen peroxide,acids and alkalis as well as stability tests of high temperature and high humidity.The results showed that the quality of Lt14 a was stable under acid,light,high temperature and high humidity conditions;while the content of lt14 a was affected by alkali and oxidation conditions.So the synthesized Lt14 a has good stability,and can be used in preclinical study.
