摘要
研究有机硅磺酸钠、二乙基次磷酸铝和可膨胀石墨的协同效应,并将他们引入聚氨酯中以改善其阻燃性和热性能,使其达到我国材料试验GB8624—2012的阻燃标准,其内部结构通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察,并采用热重分析(TGA)、垂直燃烧测试标准、极限氧指数测试、锥形量热仪等对试样进行分析,并评价阻燃聚氨酯的燃烧行为和热性能。最后,为了评估阻燃聚氨酯的火灾和烟雾风险,实施了热释放率、总热释放率、烟雾产生率和烟气总量的测试。
The synergistic effect of sodium silicone sulfonate, aluminum diethylhypophosphite and expandable graphite was studied, and they were introduced into polyurethane to improve its flame retardancy and thermal properties, so as to reach the flame retardant standard of GB8624—2012. The internal structure of the polyurethane was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The combustion behavior and thermal properties of flame retardant polyurethane were evaluated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), vertical combustion test standard and limiting oxygen index(LOI). Finally, in order to evaluate the fire and smoke risk of flame retardant polyurethane, the heat release rate, total heat release rate, smoke generation rate and total smoke volume were tested.
