氧化石墨烯/二氧化钛复合催化氧化处理中药制药洗涤废水研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了处理中药制药洗涤废水使用氧化石墨烯/二氧化钛,二氧化钛和氧化石墨烯3种催化剂直接投放其中,以确定处理制药废水时催化剂类别、处理时间和药剂投加量等适宜的反应条件。结果显表明:当投加复合催化剂氧化石墨烯/二氧化钛到制药废水中,其质量与废水中COD质量的比例为1.5和反应时间为120 min的条件下,对制药废水的处理效果趋于稳定,COD去除率到达73.6%,生化性B/C达到0.59。从数据可以看出,在本实验条件下氧化石墨烯/二氧化钛复合催化剂在处理本实验中药制药废水中具有最佳性能。 In order to treat pharmaceutical washing wastewater of traditional Chinese medicine, three catalysts of graphene oxide/titanium dioxide, titanium dioxide and graphene oxide were directly used, so as to determine the appropriate reaction conditions such as the type of catalyst, treatment time and dosage of agents. The experimental results showed that when the mass ratio of graphene oxide/titanium dioxide to COD in pharmaceutical wastewater was 1.5 and the reaction time was 120 min,the treatment effect of pharmaceutical wastewater tended to be stable,the COD removal rate reached 73.6%, and the biochemical B/C reached 0.59. It was seen from the data that the GO/TiO2 composite catalyst had the best performance in the treatment of TCM pharmaceutical wastewater in this experiment.
