树状分子骨架的刚性程度会影响DNA-树状分子的组装行为,因此,发展不同的树状分子对研究其组装行为很有必要。该文采用收敛法成功合成了具有刚性骨架的树状分子,并用核磁对其结构进行了表征,丰富了已报道的树状分子的种类。

The rigidity of the dendrimer skeleton will affect the assembly behavior of DNA-dendrimers. Therefore, it is necessary to develop different dendrimers to study their assembly behavior. In this paper, dendrimers with rigid skeleton were successfully synthesized by the method of convergence, and their structures were characterized by the nuclear magnetic, enriching the types of dendrimers that have been reported.
