离心压缩机的工程设计

摘要 作为装置的"心脏",压缩机运行的好坏直接影响装置的稳定性,如何正确、合理地进行压缩机及其附属管线相关设计,将直接决定压缩机能否长期安全、稳定的运行。离心压缩机在运送气体时,主要通过叶轮对气体做功来实现的,其排气量大,结构简单紧凑,通常不需要备机,因此在现代化工厂中得到了非常广泛的应用。从离心压缩机厂房和机组的布置、基础标高的确定及管线布置等方面进行了阐述。 As the "heart" of the device, the operation of the compressor directly affects the stability of the device. How to correctly and reasonably design the compressor and its auxiliary pipelines will directly determine whether the compressor can operate normally and safely for a long time. When the centrifugal compressor transports gas, it is mainly realized by the impeller doing work on the gas. Because of its large displacement, simple and compact structure, it usually does not need standby machine, so it has been widely used in modern chemical plants. In this paper, the centrifugal compressor plant, unit layout, foundation elevation determination, piping design and other aspects were described.
