摘要
目的观察高血压脑梗死患者UAER、Scr、CysC水平,并分析其临床意义。方法选取2017年2月-2018年8月在安阳市中医院接受治疗的高血压脑梗死患者为研究对象,同时选取同期在安阳市中医院接受治疗的高血压无脑梗死患者和健康体检者作为对照。根据高血压合并脑梗死患者病情严重程度分为高血压脑梗死轻型神经功能缺损组(高血压脑梗死A组)和高血压脑梗死中重型神经功能缺损组(高血压脑梗死B组)。观察高血压合并脑梗死患者、高血压无脑梗死和健康体检者UAER、Scr、CysC水平、血清炎症因子水平的差异。分析高血压脑梗死患者UAER、Scr、CysC水平与炎症因子水平的相关性。结果3组患者的UAER、Scr、CysC、CRP、TNF-α水平由高到低分别为高血压合并脑梗死组、高血压无脑梗死组和对照组,差异有统计学意义;高血压脑梗死B组的Scr、CysC、UAER水平分别为83.46±4.12μmmol/L、2.03±0.67mg/L、0.61±0.14,高于高血压脑梗死A组;高血压脑梗死B组患者的CRP、TNF-α水平分别为20.28±3.46mg/L、45.72±5.12ng/L,明显高于高血压脑梗死A组,差异有统计学意义;高血压脑梗死患者UAER、Scr、CysC水平与CRP、TNF-α水平正相关。结论高血压脑梗死患者UAER、Scr、CysC水平较高,且与患者神经功能缺损程度密切相关。
Objective To observe the levels of UAER,Scr and CysC in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction and analyze its clinical significance.Methods Hypertensive cerebral infarction patients who were treated in Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to February 2018 in 2017 were selected as subjects.At the same time,patients with hypertension without cerebral infarction and healthy physical examination who were treated in our hospital were selected as controls.According to the severity of hypertension and cerebral infarction,the patients were divided into mild neurological deficit group(hypertensive cerebral infarction group A)and hypertensive cerebral infarction group(hypertensive cerebral infarction group B).To observe the differences of UAER,Scr,CysC levels and serum inflammatory factors in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction,hypertension without cerebral infarction and healthy physical examination,and patients with different hypertension and cerebral infarction.To analyze the correlation between UAER,Scr,CysC levels and inflammatory factors in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction.Results The levels of UAER,Scr,CysC,CRP and TNF-αin the three groups were high blood pressure combined with cerebral infarction,hypertension without cerebral infarction and control group.The difference was statistically significant.Hypertensive cerebral infarction The levels of Scr,CysC and UAER in group B were 83.46±4.12μmmol/L,2.03±0.67 mg/L,and 0.61±0.14,respectively,which was higher than that of hypertensive cerebral infarction group A;CRP and TNF-in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction.Theαlevel was 20.28±3.46 mg/L and 45.72±5.12 ng/L,which was significantly higher than that of hypertensive cerebral infarction group A.The difference was statistically significant.The levels of UAER,Scr and CysC in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction were related to CRP and TNF-The alpha level is positively correlated.Conclusion The levels of UAER,Scr and CysC in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction are high and are closely related to the degree of neurological deficit.
