中药对肺部炎症性疾病水通道蛋白影响的实验研究进展 被引量:8

Experimental Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Interventing Aquaporin in the Treatment of Pulmonary Inflammatory Disease

摘要 水通道蛋白(AQPs)作为通道蛋白家族,可以选择性地介导水和其他不带电的小分子通过生物膜跨膜转运,在维持机体水液代谢平衡中发挥重要作用。AQPs参与炎症反应过程,影响树突状细胞、中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞与T淋巴细胞的成熟、功能发挥和迁移,并受到NF-κB、cAMP/PKA/CREB和MAPKs信号通路的调控。急性肺损伤和哮喘是呼吸系统常见的炎症性疾病,近年来发现AQPs异常表达与急性肺损伤和哮喘的发生发展密切相关。中医药治疗呼吸系统炎症性疾病效果明显,其作用机制涉及AQPs的调控。本文对AQPs与肺部炎症性疾病之间的关系及其中药调控进行综述,希望能够为炎性肺病的临床治疗提供参考。 Aquaporins(AQPs), as a family of channel proteins, can selectively mediate the transport of water and other uncharged small molecules across biomembrane, and play an important role in maintaining the balance of water and liquid metabolism. AQPs participate in the inflammatory process, affect the maturation, function and migration of dendritic cells, neutrophils, macrophages and T lymphocytes, and are regulated by NF –κB, cAMP/PKA/CREB and MAPKs signaling pathways. Acute lung injury and asthma are common inflammatory diseases of respiratory system. In recent years, it has been found that abnormal expression of AQPs is closely related to the occurrence and development of acute lung injury and asthma. The effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on respiratory inflammatory diseases is obvious, and its mechanism involves the regulation effect of AQPs. Therefore, this paper reviewed the relationship between AQPs and pulmonary inflammatory diseases and the regulation effect of TCM, in order to provide the reference for clinical treatment of lung diseases.
