宿迁地区稻虾田鳞翅目昆虫多样性研究

Diversity of Moth Species in Rice-crayfish Fields in Suqian Region

以宿迁稻虾共作田鳞翅目蛾类为例,通过DNA条形码技术快速识别蛾类物种多样性,并进行系统发育多样性研究,同时探讨物种多样性与系统发育多样性的关系.结果表明:1)鳞翅目昆虫的多样性在不同的月份具有显著性差异,7月物种多样性和系统发育多样性均显著高于8月;2)传统物种多样性指数与系统发育多样性指数之间存在正相关关系,其相关性排序为物种丰富度(R=0.9992,P=4.31×10^(-5))>香农指数(R=0.8546,P=0.0104)>辛普森指数(R=0.5814,P=0.0157)>皮卢物种均匀度指数(R=0.3399,P=0.0933).

The species diversity of moths in rice-crayfish fields of Suqian,Jiangsu province,China was investigated through DNA barcoding thechnique.Phylogenetic diversity and the relationship between species diversity and phylogenetic diversity were also explored.Results indicated that:1)The diversity of moth species showed significant diffevence between July and August.Both the species diversity and phylogenetic diversity in July were significantly higher than those in August;2)Positive correlation between species diversity and phylogenetic diversity was found,and the correlation order was species richness(R=0.9992,P=4.31×10^(-5))>Shannon index(R=0.8545,P=0.0104)>Simpson index(R=0.5814,P=0.0157)>Pielou index(R=0.3399,P=0.0933).
