中国共产党百年对外传播思想源流考察

The Origin and Development of the International Communication Concept of the Communist Party of China in a Century

文章分别从革命时期、建设时期、改革时期、复兴时期四个阶段,阐述中国共产党对外传播思想的承继、拓新、变迁主线及其影响因素。通过对中国共产党不同历史时期的对外传播思想的考察,文章认为百年中国共产党对外传播思想呈现出统一战线—"把地球管起来"—"内外有别"—"外外有别"—"融通中外"的演进路径,演进过程遵循相互渗透、补充完善而非前后替代的逻辑,体现出党的对外传播从思想的武器向文化自觉、自信的转变。中国共产党对外传播思想的形成及演进有其深厚的思想渊源和实践基础,是多种因素综合作用的结果,其中应国内国际局势变化,适时革新对外传播实践是对外传播思想演进的根本动力。

This article expounds the inheritance,innovation and evolution of the Communist Party of China’s(CPC)international communication concpet and its influencing factors from the four stages of revolutionary period,construction period,reform period and revival period.Based on the investigation of the CPC’s international communication concept in different historical periods,this paper holds that the CPC’s international communication concept presents the evolutionary path of United Front-"Managing the Earth"-"Differentiating from Inside and Outside"-"Differentiating from Outside and Outside"-"Integrating Chinese and Foreign Practice"in the past century.The evolutionary process follows the logic of mutual penetration,complement and perfection rather than substitution,which reflects the transformation of the CPC’s international communication from"ideological weapon"to"cultural consciousness and self-confidence".The formation and evolution of the CPC’s international communication concept has its profound ideological origin and practical basis,which is the result of a variety of factors.In response to the changes in the domestic and international situation,reforming the international communication practice is the fundamental driving force for the evolution of the CPC’s international communication concept.
