摘要
工业厂房跨度大且高度较高,适宜的冬季采暖方式显得尤为重要,对于厂房内垂直方向和水平方向的温度梯度都有着决定性的作用。为确定工业厂房合适的采暖方式,以沈阳市某橡胶厂房为研究对象,建立了散热器采暖、暖风机采暖、暖风机和散热器组合采暖三种方式的分析模型,对室内垂直方向温度场进行数值模拟分析。研究表明:暖风机和散热器组合采暖的热环境效果更优,克服了传统方案在水平方向上产生的温度梯度较大的问题,为以后类似的工业厂房采暖的设计提供了一定的参考。
The span of industrial plant is large and high,so the appropriate winter heating mode is particularly important,which plays a decisive role in the vertical and horizontal temperature gradient in the plant.In order to determine the appropriate heating mode of industrial plant,this paper takes a rubber plant in Shenyang as the research object,establishes three kinds of analysis models including radiator heating,air heater heating,combined heating of air heater and radiator,and carries out numerical simulation analysis on indoor vertical temperature field.The research shows that the effect of combined heating on thermal environment is better,which can provide a reference for the design of similar industrial plant heating in the future.
