对民用建筑设施环境管理过程中涉及的环境因素进行分类,根据分类进行环境管理的评价指标设置、具体指标细化,形成民用建筑设施管理评价标准的框架。从评价标准的指标的要求,探讨可实现以上具体指标的技术措施。

This paper classifies the environmental factors involved in the process of environmental management of civil construction facilities,so as to set the evaluation index of environmental management and refine the specific index according to the classification,to form the framework of the evaluation standard of facility environmental management for civil buildings.From the requirements of the evaluation criteria,the technical measures to achieve the above specific indicators are discussed by reverse thinking.Through the preliminary analysis and summary of this paper,it provides ideas and direction for more professionals engaged in building facilities environmental management.
