摘要
分析了国内油气田无缝管线管的腐蚀现状。介绍了H_(2)S、CO_(2)和硫酸盐还原菌的腐蚀机理。概述了油气田管线管主要的腐蚀问题,以及适用于不同腐蚀工况材质的设计思路,并开展了相关工况下的腐蚀性能对比试验,验证了材料设计理念的正确性;最后总结了典型产品的焊接性能、热弯性能评估和服役情况,为油气田选材施工提供了数据支撑。
Analyzed here in the paper is present situation concerning corrosion of the seamless linepipes as used for service in domestic gas and oil fields.Also described is the mechanism of corrosion by H_(2)S,C0_(2) and the suliate-reducing bacteria.Moreover the main corrosion-related issues concerning the linepipe as servicing the oil/gas fields are briefed.The ideas concerning design of the materials suitable for various corrosion-involved operation conditions are elaborated.And the comparative tests to the performances of the material under relevant operation conditions are conducted so as to verify the correctness of the design idea of the material.Finally the evaluations of the welding ability and the hot-bending property and the service status of the representative products are summarized,providing data support for relevant material-determination and engineering for the gas/oil fields.
