摘要
介绍了L210NS钢级耐酸性腐蚀换热器用无缝钢管的成分设计及生产工艺,研究了再结晶退火、完全退火和正火工艺对冷拔后管体的金相组织及力学性能的影响,以及产品的耐酸腐蚀性能。分析认为,采用正火工艺的L210NS钢级无缝钢管的力学性能和耐酸性腐蚀性能完全满足设计要求。
Described here in the paper are the chemical composition design and the manufacturing process of the L210NS acid corrosion-resistant seamless steel tube for the heat-exchanger.Also studied are the effects on the metallographic structure and the mechanical properties of the as-cold-drawn pipe body by the re-crystallization annealing,full annealing and normalizing processes,and the acid-corrosion resistance of the product.The analysis leads to such a conclusion that thanks to the adoption of the normalizing process,both the mechanical properties and the acid corrosion resistance of the L210NS seamless steel tube fully confonn to the design requirements.
