厚大矿体新型采矿工艺研究与现场应用 被引量:7

摘要 无底柱分段崩落法是常见的金属矿山采矿方法。在使用无底柱分段崩落法开采厚大矿体时,存在采矿效率低、通风困难、供矿难度大等问题。为解决以上问题,以某铁矿为工程背景,提出一种厚大矿体中央沿走向扇形切割拉槽,上下盘垂直走向进路同时回采的无底柱分段崩落采矿法,介绍了该方法的结构要素及工艺。通过对新型采矿工艺的研究,得出结论:凿岩时间缩短了近30%、设备出矿运距减少50%、通风时间缩短了70%;降低了进路出现悬顶、推墙等现象的概率,有效地提高了凿岩效率、出矿效率以及作业安全性。新型采矿工艺的提出与应用为类似矿山安全高效开采提供了新思路。 Sublevel caving method without pillar is a common mining method for metal mines. When it is used to mine thick ore bodies, there are problems such as low mining efficiency, difficult ventilation and difficult ore supply. In order to solve the above problems, taking an iron mine as the engineering background, an improved sublevel caving method without pillar is proposed, which is composed of cutting grooves along the strike with fan-shaped hole, and simultaneous mining with the upper and lower plates along vertical striking. The structure elements and technology of the method are introduced. Through the study of this new mining technology, it is concluded that the drilling time is shortened by nearly 30%, the ore discharge distance of equipment is reduced by 50%, and the ventilation time is shortened by 70%. The probability of hanging roof and pushing wall is reduced, and the drilling efficiency, ore drawing efficiency and operation safety are effectively improved. The application of the new mining technology can provide new ideas for safe and efficient mining in similar mines.
