Study on Arsenic Reduction Process for Zinc Concentrate

摘要 以石灰为抑制剂、硫酸铜为活化剂、丁基黄药为捕收剂,通过锌中矿顺序返回的流程,对某硫化铅锌矿的优先选铅尾矿进行选锌,获得的锌精矿含砷大于0.7%。采用锌硫等可浮流程后,降低了石灰用量,减小中矿循环量,取得了良好的浮选指标,锌精矿含锌49.58%、锌回收率90.58%,锌精矿含砷降低至0.27%。通过浮选流程结构优化,达到了锌精矿降砷的目的。 Taking lime as inhibitor, copper sulfate as activator, and butyl xanthate as collector, zinc was separated from the tailings of a lead-zinc sulfide ore by the process of zinc middling recirculation. The zinc concentrate obtained from the tailings contained more than 0.7% arsenic. After adopting the Zn-S iso-flotation, the lime consumption was reduced, the amount of middling recirculation was decreased, and good flotation indexes were obtained. In zinc concentrate, the zinc content was 49.58%, the zinc recovery rate was 90.58%, and the arsenic content was reduced to 0.27%. Through the structure optimization of flotation process, the arsenic reduction of zinc concentrate has been achieved.
