摘要
目的:分析新疆少数民族居家失能老年人的家庭功能在失能程度和疾病家庭负担间的作用机制。方法:采用日常生活活动能力量表(KatzADL)、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)、疾病家庭负担量表(FBS)对431名新疆维、哈族居家失能老年人家庭开展问卷调查。运用回归分析检验家庭功能及其5个维度在居家失能老年人失能程度与疾病家庭负担间的效应关系。结果:家庭功能在老年人失能程度和疾病家庭负担间的中介效应占总效应45.61%(P<0.001)。结论:新疆少数民族居家失能老年人的家庭功能在老年人失能程度与疾病家庭负担间起部分中介效应。
Objective To analyze the mechanism of family function between the degree of disability and the family burden of disease among the elderly with home-based disability of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang.Methods A total of 431 Uygur and Kazakh disabled elderly families in Xinjiang were surveyed with KatzADL scale,Family APGAR index and family burden of disease scale(FBS).Regression analysis was used to test the effect of family function and its five dimensions on the relationship between the degree of disability and the family burden of diseases.Results The mediating effect of family function between disability degree and family burden of disease accounted for 45.61%of the total effect(P<0.001).Conclusion The family function of the elderly with home-based disability of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang plays a partial mediating effect between the degree of disability and the family burden of diseases.
