吡贝地尔联合美金刚治疗帕金森病患者的效果

Efficacy of Piribedil Combined with Memantine in the Treatment of Patients with Parkinson’s Disease

目的探讨吡贝地尔联合美金刚治疗帕金森病(PD)患者的效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月郑州新华医院收治的83例PD患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为对照组(35例)与试验组(48例)。对照组接受美金刚治疗,试验组在对照组基础上接受吡贝地尔治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后症状改善(Webster评分)、病情严重程度(UPDRS评分)、认知功能[画钟试验(CDT)、简易智能量表(MMSE)、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)]、不良反应。结果试验组总有效率[95.83%(46/48)]高于对照组[77.14%(27/35)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Webster、UPDRS评分有所降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CDT、WMS、MMSE评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率[8.33%(4/48)]与对照组[5.71%(2/35)]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吡贝地尔联合美金刚治疗PD患者效果确切,可有效缓解病情程度,改善临床症状,促进认知功能恢复,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of piribedil combined with memantine in the treatment of patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD).Methods A total of 83 PD patients from Zhengzhou Xinhua Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to different treatment plans.Thirty-five patients were given memantine as the control group,and the other 48 patients were given piribedil on the basis of conventional treatment as the test group.The treatment total effective rate,improvement of symptoms before and after treatment(Webster score),severity of illness(UPDRS score),cognitive function[Clock Drawing Test(CDT),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS)]and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the test group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than 77.14%(27/35)of the control group(P<0.05).The Webster and UPDRS scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the test group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of CDT,WMS and MMSE in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the test group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group[8.33%(4/48)]and the control group[5.71%(2/35)].Conclusion Piribedil combined with memantine has a definite effect in the treatment of PD patients,which can effectively alleviate the severity of the disease,improve clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of cognitive function,and has high safety.
