The Behavior,Attribution and Countermeasures of English Teachers' Misconduct in Paper Writing in Primary and Secondary School

Thesis writing is a way for teachers to show their teaching achievements,which can promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of teaching.This paper lists the problems of English teachers' thesis writing in primary and secondary schools,such as topic selection,unreasonable structure,inadequate argumentation,inappropriate language and non-standard format,and analyzes the reasons.Five strategies are put forward,including precise screening of research topics,precise construction of discourse structure,precise construction of argumentation logic,precise application of language expression and precise use of paper format.
