煤炭工程作为我国的重点工程之一,直接关系了我国的经济发展和社会建设。而通过工程造价管理,则能够更好地把控煤炭工程的成本支出与综合效益,促进我国煤炭行业的持续稳定发展。因此,为进一步提高煤炭工程造价管理质量,本文主要针对煤炭工程造价管理工作的基本内涵分析与价值分析;煤炭工程造价管理过程中需要遵循的基本原则和基本理论;优化与完善煤炭工程造价管理工作的具体措施三点内容,从多个角度出发,提出具体的可行性方法,为后续的工作展开提供有效的借鉴和参考。

As one of the key projects in China,coal engineering is directly related to China's economic development and social construction.Through project cost management,it can better control the cost expenditure and comprehensive benefits of coal engineering,and promote the sustainable and stable development of China's coal industry.Therefore,in order to further improve the quality of coal project cost management,this paper mainly aims at the basic connotation analysis and value analysis of coal project cost management,the basic principles and basic theories that need to be followed in the process of coal project cost management,and the specific measures to optimize and perfect the coal project cost management.From multiple angles,this paper puts forward specific feasible methods,and provides effective reference for the follow-up work.
