摘要
2019年12月31日,住房和城乡建设部、国家发展改革委印发了《房屋建筑和市政基础设施项目工程总承包管理办法》,大力推行工程总承包模式开展工程建设。本文分析设计企业承包工程总承包项目的安全管理方面的不足之处,并提出了8点建议,为设计企业设计工程总承包业务的安全管理工作提供了新的思路。
On December 31,2019,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)issued the Measures for the Management of General Contracting of Housing Construction and Municipal Infrastructure Projects,vigorously promoting the general contracting model for construction projects.This paper analyzes the deficiencies of the safety management of the general contracting project of the design enterprise,and puts forward eight suggestions,which provides a new way of thinking for the safety management of the general contracting business of the design enterprise.
