摘要
随着中国供给侧结构性改革的深入发展,对技术性人才的需求日益增大。在此背景下,职业教育校企合作培养技术性人才的重要作用日益得到重视。文章通过对2015年以来政府发布的有关企业参与职业教育的政策文件进行政策工具维度分析,发现政策工具使用存在不均衡的状况,并提出相应政策建议,推动企业更好地参与职业教育。
With the in-depth development of China's supply side structural reform,the demand for technical talents is increasing.In this context,the important role of vocational education school enterprise cooperation in training technical talents has been increasingly valued.Based on the analysis of the policy documents issued by the government since 2015,this paper finds that the use of policy tools is unbalanced,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions to promote enterprises to participate in vocational education better.
