下组煤回采前后“两带”发育高度实测对比

摘要 为研究煤层开采前后“两带”发育情况,新疆某井工煤矿进行了煤层顶板覆岩破坏高度及特征实测工程。该工程利用钻孔冲洗液消耗量为主要测试手段,辅以钻孔水位、岩芯观测等多种测试方法,研究该矿B4、B3煤层回采工作面的顶板导水裂隙带及垮落带发育规律。对照钻孔表明:当B4煤层回采后、下组煤B3煤层回采前,导水裂隙带发育高度为117.31m,垮落带发育高度为44.31m;当B4、B3煤层均回采后,导水裂隙带发育高度为113.04m,垮落带发育高度为47.04m。该“两带”探查结果不仅有利于矿井今后工作面涌水量的预计,更为顶板涌水探放、水源的分析提供依据。 In order to study the development of the"two belts"before and after coal mining,a coal mine in Xinjiang carried out an actual measurement project of the damage height and characteristics of the coal roof overlying strata.The project uses drilling flushing fluid consumption as the main testing method,supplemented by drilling water level,core observation and other testing methods,to study the development of roof water-transmitting fissure zones and caving zones in the coal roof of the B4 and B3 coal seams of the mine law.The comparation boreholes show that after the B4 coal seam is mined and before the lower coal B3 coal seam is mined,the development height of the water-conducting fissure zone is 117.31m and the development height of the caving zone is 44.31m;when the coal seams B4 and B3 are all mined,the development height of the water-conducting fracture zone is 113.04m,and the development height of the collapse zone is 47.04m.The results of the"two belts"exploration are not only conducive to the prediction of the mine's future working face water inflow,but also provide a basis for the exploration and release of roof water inrush and water source analysis.
