导梁法在刚构桥边跨现浇段施工中的应用与设计分析

摘要 连续刚构桥墩高较高,边跨现浇段长度一般在6-8m,根据墩高情况,多采用托架法、复合支架法、甚至满堂支架法等进行浇筑施工。本文以元蔓高速蛮板2号大桥为背景,基于工程实际,通过对比分析,最终选用上下导梁作为主要受力主梁,配合纵横分配梁行程的受力系统,采用有限元软件Midas Civil进行集体受力分析,最终表明受力系统可靠,并运用于现场施工,望对类似工程提供参考。 The piers of continuous rigid frame bridges are relatively high,and the length of the cast-in-situ section of the side span is generally 6-8m.According to the height of the pier,bracket method,composite bracket method,and even full bracket method are used for casting construction.This paper takes the Yuanman Expressway Manban No.2 Bridge as the background,and based on the actual engineering,through comparative analysis,the upper and lower guide beams are finally selected as the main force-bearing main girder.Cooperating with the force system that distributes the beam stroke vertically and horizontally,the finite element software Midas Civil is used for collective force analysis,which finally shows that the force system is reliable and applied to on-site construction.It is hoped that this article can provide reference for similar projects.
