摘要
工业生产中千变万化的环境严重地影响着三维测量的效果,为了解决这一问题,本文通过变换灰度来对采集的图像进行预处理,从而消除环境光的影响。本文还介绍了几种常见的灰度变换方式,并将其中的伽马变换和直方图均衡化应用于FTP实验,对比其结果可知,当选取合适的伽马系数和大小合适的窗口时,伽马变换和直方图均衡化均有滤除噪声的效果。灰度变换在一定程度上去除环境光的影响,提高FTP实验的测量精度。同时此方法还可以推广到其他三维测量中,以提高其测量的精度。
The ever-changing environment in industrial production seriously affects the effect of three-dimensional measurement.In order to solve this problem,this paper preprocesses the collected images by transforming the gray scale to eliminate the influence of ambient light.This article also introduces several common gray scale transformation methods,and applies the gamma transformation and histogram equalization among them to FTP experiments.The comparison of the results shows that when the appropriate gamma coefficient and the appropriate size window are selected,the gamma transformation and the histogram equalization are applied to the FTP experiment.Both horse transformation and histogram equalization have the effect of filtering noise.The gray scale transformation removes the influence of ambient light to a certain extent and improves the measurement accuracy of the FTP experiment.At the same time,this method can also be extended to other three-dimensional measurements to improve its measurement accuracy.
