基于文献计量分析的“双高”院校科研能力评价研究——以陕西省8所“双高”院校为例

Research on Evaluation of Scientific Research Ability of"Double High"Colleges Based on Bibliometric Analysis:Take 8"Double High"Colleges in Shaanxi Province as an Example

文章首先介绍了文献计量的的概念及在科研评价研究中的应用,从文献计量的角度分析了陕西省8所“双高”的科研基本情况,详细分析了8所院校的论文发表量、论文引用情况和项目资助情况,最后提出了从加大科研指导、建立科研团队、加大经费支持力度等方面提高高职院校科研能力的策略。

The article first introduces the concept of bibliometrics and its application in scientific research evaluation research,analyzes the basic scientific research situation of 8"double highs"in Shaanxi Province from the perspective of bibliometrics,and analyzes in detail the amount of papers published by 8 colleges and universities.The citations of papers and project funding,and finally put forward strategies to improve the scientific research capabilities of higher vocational colleges in terms of increasing scientific research guidance,establishing scientific research teams,and increasing funding support.
