摘要
在酒店的管理中,人力资源的管理对酒店的服务质量起着决定性的作用,因为酒店的服务除了硬件的设施外,最为重要的便是依赖于人力的付出。为此,在智能化时代,重视智能化在酒店人力资源管理中的运用显得越来越重要,为了让酒店在市场竞争中处于更加有利的地位,本文对人工智能在星级酒店人力资源管理中的运用进行了探索与研究,并对如何塑造星级酒店在市场中的形象与打造高端智能化酒店服务品牌做出了一系列的探索。
In the management of hotels,the management of human resources plays a decisive role in the quality of hotel services,because in addition to hardware facilities,the most important thing for hotel services is to rely on human effort.For this reason,in the era of intelligence,it is becoming more and more important to pay attention to the application of intelligence in hotel human resource management.In order to make hotels in a more advantageous position in the market competition,this article explores and studies the application of artificial intelligence in the human resource management of star hotels,and makes a series of explorations on how to shape the image of star hotels in the market and build high-end intelligent hotel service brands.
