土壤和沉积物六价铬的测定碱溶解提取过程的优化

摘要 本文通过反复探索和多次试验对国家环境保护标准HJ1082-2019《土壤和沉积物六价铬的测定碱溶液提取-火焰原子吸收分光光度法》中碱溶液提取过程进行优化,优化方法不仅在检出限、准确度和精密度等方面能够满足质量控制要求,同时优化方法能够快捷、方便的实现土壤和沉积物中六价铬样品的提取,缩短了样品的前处理时间,从而实现高效、准确、高质量的分析样品。 In this paper,the determination of hexavalent chromium in soil and sediment of the national environmental protection standard HJ1082-2019 through repeated exploration and many tests,the extraction process of alkali solution in alkali solution-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry was optimized.The optimization method can not only meet the quality control requirements in terms of detection limit accuracy and precision,but also quickly and conveniently realize the extraction of hexavalent chromium samples from soil and sediments,shorten the sample pretreatment time,so as to realize the efficient,accurate and high-quality analysis of samples.
