固溶热处理后小变形量校形对316LN奥氏体不锈钢性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用数值模拟和物理模拟研究了小变形量校形对固溶态316LN奥氏体不锈钢性能的影响,结果表明,通过控制小变形校形的变形量,固溶态316LN不锈钢校形前后各项理化性能均能满足设计要求;小变形量校形后的400℃消应热处理对室温、高温拉伸性能和硬度影响很小;采用数值模拟进行变形计算,采用物理模拟进行等变形试验,是评估316LN不锈钢工件校形后理化性能的可行方法。 The influence of small deformation adjustment on the properties of 316LN austenitic stainless steel in solution state has been studied by numerical simulation and physical simulation.The results show that the physical and chemical properties of 316LN stainless steel in solution state can meet the design requirements by controlling the small deformation adjustment.The stress relief heat treatment at 400℃with small deformation adjustment has little effect on tensile properties at room temperature and high temperature and hardness.Numerical simulation for deformation calculation and physical simulation for equal deformation test are feasible methods to evaluate the physical and chemical properties of 316LN stainless steel workpieces after adjustment.
