西藏自治区乡村幼教队伍发展路径探索

摘要 西藏自治区乡村幼儿园建设发展迅速,入学幼儿数量急速增加,幼教缺口不断扩大,幼教队伍专业素质无法满足乡村学前教育的育人需求,师资力量提升面临诸多困难。该文对西藏自治区七地市乡村幼儿园进行实地调研,了解幼教队伍发展现状,从幼儿教师编制、教师配备、教师队伍稳定性、教师队伍整体质量四个维度进行调查分析,针对存在的问题,提出乡村幼教队伍的发展路径。 The construction of rural kindergartens in Tibet Autonomous Region is developing rapidly,the number of children enrolled is rapidly increasing,and the shortage of teachers for preschool education continues.The professional quality of teachers for preschool education cannot meet the education needs of rural preschool education,and the improvement of the teaching staff faces many difficulties.This paper conducts a field investigation on rural kindergartens in seven cities of the Autonomous Region to understand the development status of the teacher team for preschool education.It investigates and analyzes the four dimensions of the authorized strength of teachers for preschool education,the distribution of teachers,the stability of the teacher team,and the overall quality of the teacher team,and proposes the development path of the teacher team for rural preschool education in view of the existing problems.
